Supporting jobseekers to find work

On the Work Programme, lifeSKILLS' employment advisors help jobseekers with every aspect of getting a job, including learning about different roles and industries, finding vacancies, making strong job applications and performing well in interviews. Jobseekers have access to job vacancies from day one through our close links with employers in all sectors.


Helping jobseekers to stay in work
We stay in touch with jobseekers for up to two years after they've started work. Our in-work support can include: applying for in-work benefits, dealing with work-related issues, managing expenses and taxes, and career development.

Our courses can be funded through ILA Scotland (£200 grant available) & we have over 19 training locations in Scotland to choose from.
